If you do not wish to use your booked stay or wish to change your booked stay, the following rules apply:

• If the booked stay is canceled more than 2 months before planned arrival, Lyngholt Camping will refund the paid amount. However, retain or charge 10% of the total price of the rental (minimum 1000,- DKK)
• If the booked stay is canceled less than 2 months before the start of the rental, the possibility of getting a refund depends on whether the rented property can be re-rented. If a canceled rental is rented out to another party, the tenant will be refunded in proportion to the value of the "new" lease replaces the "old" lease. However, a handling fee of 10% of the value of the original rental agreement will be charged (minimum DKK 1000)
• Changing a stay is only completed once the price difference has been paid in or paid out
• If the payment deadlines stated on the booking confirmation are exceeded, Lyngholt Family camping option to cancel the reservation
